Richard Avedon
In this assignment we were trying to mirror the work of Richard Avedon. His style of capturing the face at a moment that expresses what they are feeling on the inside. With this came the struggles of directing who you are photographing. You have to be patient and wait for a moment when they are showing something, something more than their face... their feelings.

The 2nd picture really portrays the idea of Avedon's pictures that he takes, and you did exactly that. Good work Lucas! I don't really have anything to say to critique?
